Until printing starts, you can cancel for a full refund.
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time while it is still marked Paid — payment verified, nothing printed yet.
Contact us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund it in full, including delivery.
As soon as an order moves to Processing it is physically being printed. Because every item carries your own images and cannot be sold to anyone else, it can no longer be cancelled.
If something is wrong with what arrives, the Refund Policy covers it.
We may cancel an order if we cannot print it — an unusable file, an address no courier will serve, or content that breaks our Terms. We will tell you why and refund you in full.
