We deliver anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. If your pincode cannot be served, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Delivery is ₹79 to pincodes starting 56, 57, 58 and 59 and ₹159 everywhere else in India.
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999.
The exact delivery charge for your address is shown on the bill before you pay, never added afterwards.
Printing takes 1–3 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your pincode, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimates are the courier's, not ours. Festivals, weather and local disruptions can delay a parcel beyond them.
We notify you when your order's status changes, and you can see where any order has reached at any time under Orders in the app.
If you need the courier's own tracking number, contact us with your order number and we will send it to you.
If tracking has not moved for several days, or the courier has marked a delivery you did not receive, contact us. We will raise it with the courier and either reprint your order or refund it.
