PixHouse
What PixHouse collects when you order photo prints, why, and who else sees it.
PixHouse ("we", "us") operates the PixHouse app, which prints and delivers photographs you upload.
Registered address: Bangalore.
We collect only what an order needs:
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment happens inside Razorpay, and we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Your photographs remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and print them only to fulfil your order.
We do not sell them, publish them, use them to advertise, or use them to train anything.
Photographs uploaded during a checkout that is never completed are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Photographs attached to a real order are kept while we need them to print and reprint it, and to answer a complaint about it.
We share the minimum with the companies that make an order possible:
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Delivery addresses and saved photographs can be removed from the app at any time.
Where we must keep something after a deletion request — an invoice we are required to retain for tax — we keep only that, and only for as long as the law requires.
Write to pixhouse08@gmail.com and we will respond.
PixHouse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to pixhouse08@gmail.com and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the bottom of this page, and for a significant change we will tell you in the app.
