PixHouse
The agreement between you and PixHouse when you order.
PixHouse prints photographs you upload onto physical products and delivers them to you. Every item is made to your order and printed with your own images, which is why the Refund and Cancellation policies work the way they do.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for orders placed through it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to print the image and you give us permission to reproduce it for your order only.
You must not upload:
We may refuse or cancel an order containing such content and refund it, and we will report material we are legally required to report.
All prices shown in the app include GST at 18%. The tax is inside the price, not added at the end.
The total you see before paying is the total you are charged. Delivery and any fees are shown on the bill before you place the order.
Payment is taken through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once we have verified the payment; until then it stays pending and nothing is printed.
Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so a print will not match your screen exactly. Colour, brightness and contrast can differ, and this is normal rather than a fault.
Print quality also depends on the resolution of the image you upload. The app warns you when an image is too small for the size you have chosen; if you continue past that warning, a soft or pixellated print is not a defect we can refund.
We are responsible for printing your order correctly and delivering it. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the item or refunding what you paid for it.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, by weather, or by anything outside our reasonable control, though we will help you chase them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
