Delete your account

How to delete your PixHouse account and what happens to your data.

In the app

Open the PixHouse app, go to Profile and tap "Delete account", then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you cannot use the app

Email pixhouse08@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email, Google or Apple link).
• Your name, phone number, date of birth and gender.
• Your saved delivery addresses, except as noted below.
• Photographs saved to your account, unfinished designs and your cart.
• Your notification (device) token.

What we keep, and why

Records of orders you have already placed are kept, because we are required to retain invoices for tax. They are disconnected from your sign-in and personal profile; only the delivery details printed on those orders and the photographs needed to fulfil or reprint them are retained, and only for as long as the law and a possible complaint about the order require.

This cannot be undone

Once deleted, your account and its saved content cannot be restored. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
